i. MP Multiservices accepts payments against its goods/products/services.
ii. Company under no circumstances will accept any cash payment.
iii. Entry age for any Member is18 yrs.
iv. The purchase amount paid towards goods/products/services offered shall not be refunded under any circumstance.
v. Member will not be permitted avail more than one ID on his/her name.
vi. The Member will be eligible for incentives as per criteria formulated by the company.
vii. All the event of death of any Member, all payments will be transferred to the nominee or legal heirs.
viii. The company at no point of time will entertain the request for change of any plan/package.
ix. All disputes are subject to Contai jurisdiction only.
