1. I have read over and understood the term and condition of Snexgen Global Marketing Privet Limited (sgmpl) online agreement and accepted the same without any reservation.

2. I submitted my application which is free of cost to register as an IBA on my own will and consent, voluntarily without any coercion.I know that, as I am becoming an IBA,I will not have any right of a consumer.

3. I agree that while purchasing and selling company Products,I shall act as an independent vendor, acting on my own responsibility for all the transaction. I understand that I will not have any employment or an agent relationship with SGMPL or any of its affiliated companies.

4. I have gone thorough the sales and marketing plane* provided on the company weside and have understoond the contents. I have understoond and accepted that the company has the right to change the sales and marketing plane* from time to time depending on circumstances which will be displayed on the company's website without sending a notice to me and that if I continue as an Associate after the changes are made, it is deemed that the changes are acceptable to me . I further understand that sales Return will be treated as negative incentive.

5. I am aware that the sales incentive payable under Sales and Marketing plan* is not fixed and may very from time to time at the discretion of SGMPL. My sales incentive will be determined by the company from type to time which will be entirely based on my efforts in selling and /or promoting Company products and performance assessed by SGMPL in terms of my active* role towards business development.

6. I declare that at all times my acts and deeds shall be to keep-up and enhance the reputation of Snexgen Global Marketing Pvt Ltd. I will not be enagaged in high pressure selling and /or promoting and will be courteous to the customer's and must all times make fair represention of the sales and marketing plan and its products faithfully and without any inducement.

7. I know that will explaining the business plan to me, the person who has recommended me or my indemnifier may have used some examples and figures of earning .I understand that such figures are only examples and should not be considered as a commitment or representation or guarantees or projection of gross or net earning.

8. I know that SNEXGEN IBA ship is not an employment or job or quick rich scheme and does not guaranteed any mounthly or fixed income.

9. I accept the right of SNEXGEN to reject this application as an IBA at its absolute discretion and without being required to give any reason thereof.

10. I undertake to read and familiarize myself/ our self with the company's code of conduct * before engaging in any business activity as an IBA , and to abide by the same .

11. I accept that in case of breach of code of conduct by me ,Snexgen Global Marketing Pvt Ltd is at liberty to immediately and unilaterally terminate/suspend my registration as an IBA without issuing notice to me.

12. I declare that I am a major and eligible to sing this declaration and undertaking and I declare under oath that as on this day I am not restrained by any law time being in force to give this declaration and undertaking or/and I have the represent the business of the Application company/farm/society to sing this declaration and undertaking on its behalf .

13. I am fully aware of the company's Products Exchange and Refund Policy . In case I or my customer find the purchased products defective or not entirely to my / customer satisfaction , I / customer can exchange the products within 15 day's form the date of purchase of the products or I/ customer can claim refund of the product cost within 07 days from the date of purchase by returning the products purchased in saleable condition along with original invoice (Hading charges are applicable).

14. In future under any circumstances if I am prohibited from doing the business in view of a new act coming into force , change/amendment of the present act's ,I am ready to my rights as an IBA without any claim what-so-ever in nature.

15. I know that I am not entitled to get any sales incentive on recommending others to become an IBA/IBAs either by me or my team / group and I also know that sales incentive will be paid only on products sales and Marketing plan*.

16. I know that I shall do my business as an IBA by complying all the rules and regulations of the state and central government .I undertake to follow the guidelines and/ or notification if any issued or Law if any enacted by the state or central government on direct selling /MLM business . In case of any nature of breach of either said guidelines/Law or any other Law of the land including company code of conduct by my team of IBAs ,I shall be responsible for the consequences and the company is at liberty to terminate my associate-ship without any obligation. I hereby indemnify Snexgen Global Marketing Pvt Ltd from all kinds of liabilities which may arise out of acts and deeds of myself and my team of IBAs.

17. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent court in PILIBHIT irrespective of whether courts in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
